ECHO is a family memory app that captures and preserves the stories, recipes, voices, and moments that define your family. Unlike generic photo apps, ECHO is built specifically for multi-generational memory preservation with AI-powered organization and voice cloning.

ECHO takes family privacy seriously:
- Local-First: All data stored locally by default
- Encrypted Storage: Sensitive data encrypted at rest
- No Tracking: Zero analytics or third-party trackers
- Optional Cloud: Cloud backup is opt-in only
- Data Ownership: You own your memories - export anytime
- Voice cloning uses Gemini API (requires internet)
- Audio data is processed and deleted from Google servers
- No voice data is retained by ECHO or Google after processing
- Can be disabled for offline-only mode
