Patch release. Publishes the design-token layer (Phases 1+2): brand/theme/token, the SceneIR.design field + compile-time token resolution, design.* overlay re-skin, and the render/frame/player --theme flag + theme-aware batch. The build entry is core's index, so the new API ships automatically; the CLI bundles --theme. Also refreshes the npm-bundled skill (0.1.13). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
