I'm ignoring the Makefile, which references Jana folder, and focus on Haskell's own build systems. I'm not experienced with that, though, so it may not be ideal, but it works for me.
I also added a license file, which the Haskell build tools complained about it missing. It's the BSD3 license text, which I assumed would be the same as the Jana interpreter.
