feat: add native science workbench

What changed

• Add the native science binary with offline orbit, VCD waveform, and SPLAT/PLY point-cloud views.
• Expose deterministic plain/JSON snapshots, bounded parsers, responsive terminal views, and package smoke coverage.
• Record the owned startup benchmark and upstream research boundaries.

• cargo test --locked (18 unit and 5 CLI tests passed)

• Wheel build and isolated install smoke test
• science snapshot orbit --plain: 1.5 ± 0.1 ms over 100 runs after 20 warmups; 455,424-byte stripped binary
