Merge from upstream master branch
Make ~Tracker() call m_Samples.DeleteReferences() and delete m_NextSample. SampleBuffer objects buffered in the sample queue but never popped were leaked when the reader was destroyed. Reproducible with included audio+video fmp4 streams.
