Bump to 1.0.0 and stabilize the core: add CHANGELOG.md and STABILITY.md, pin lockfile on-disk format (lockfile_format=1) and refuse newer formats. Add `probelock doctor` (toolset health + probe/tool drift) and its pure diagnostics module. Harden CLI and ingest: clearer exit codes for bad input/unwritable outputs, OTLP/span parsing isolation, and safer trace handling. Handle recursive JSON Schema in synth_value via depth bound. Update README/action.yml/pyproject packaging and add comprehensive tests for doctor, lockfile format, ingest, and recursive schemas.
