Introduce VALIDATION-TRACES.md documenting end-to-end validation of the trace pipeline (capture → ingest → review → replay) against real agent traffic, and reference it from README and VALIDATION.md. Add examples/record_agent_sessions.py to generate scripted agent sessions for proxy capture (used to mine and review trace probes). The trace report demonstrates why the review gate is necessary and shows trace-derived capabilities move independently of synthetic tests.
