GitHub Pages 公開サイトを 2ページ構成にします。ロードマップ（index.html）から、水素タンク設計ノートの専用ページへ遷移できるようにしました。.nojekyll 環境では .md が生表示になるため、設計メモを同一デザインで HTML 化しています（技術内容のみ）。

追加/変更

• docs/hydrogen-tank.html（新規）— 水素タンク SHM 設計ノートの公開ページ
  • Geometry / Materials（RT→極低温シフト, design assumption 明記）/ Loading / Defect models / Graph deltas / Reuse map / One-sample plan（M1〜M5）/ Open items
  • index.html と同じデザインシステム、light/dark 対応、テーマトグル、横スクロールなし
• docs/index.html（変更）— deep-dive セクションに「Read the full design note →」リンクを追加

• 図・表ラベルは英語（プロジェクト規約準拠）
