Kamil Bętkowski

Java backend developer. I used to work in IT infrastructure: networks, servers, virtualization and monitoring. That is where the interest in backend came from.

Looking for my first job as a Java backend developer.

  • incident-manager — device monitoring and incident escalation. Two Spring Boot services talking over Kafka, hexagonal architecture, PostgreSQL, JWT, Prometheus and Grafana.
  • uptime-monitor — checks websites every 60 seconds and reports uptime for the last 24 hours. Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, Testcontainers.
  • ActiveZen — my engineering thesis, a fitness app built with Flutter.
