I'm a builder who teaches and a teacher who builds. Over 25+ years I've worn a lot of hats — enterprise architect, solutions lead, co-founder, Chief Learning Officer, DevRel — but the thread that runs through all of it is the same: take something genuinely complex, make it work, and then help other people understand it well enough to ship their own thing.
Lately that's meant Web3 — most recently working on Developer Relations for IOG's Leios next-generation consensus algorithm on Cardano, and before that architecting JavaScript smart contracts and dApps at Agoric. When I'm not pushing protocols I'm in my workshop in Colorado wiring up ESP32s, racing RC cars in the driveway, or scaffolding free tools for folks who can't afford the paid ones.
