Adjust mobile styling to be more friendly for small screens

• What is the current behavior?

Webpage does currently scale down responsively, but some images are cut off and the text isn't evenly aligned. I'd like to rework the mobile styling to be cleaner and have a more user friendly design.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

To have the page be cleaner and easier to navigate/read for users on small screen devices
