docs: reconcile the completed visibility gate

• mark Post-M60’s public-visibility gate complete now that the final audit, successor freeze, productisation, and public remote verification are evidenced

• public-history audit: passed on current reachable history
• M66 and M67 launch gates: complete and externally verified
• ./scripts/ci-local.sh — passed before commit

This one-line correction removes a stale roadmap contradiction; it does not close any independent-assessment, production, or external brand-assurance gate.
