Adds the separate research-only qatq-kv-geometry binary, strict versioned capture and result contracts, bounded exact and deterministic-sampled analysis, and a reproducible 36-profile llama.cpp corpus.\n\nThe preregistered decision is FREEZE because observed KV correlations are high and no defensible application capacity requirement was established. Capacity Oracle theorem and certificate semantics are unchanged.\n\nValidation: full locked test suite, geometry corpus manifest verification, formatting, compilation, and repository typography gate.
