Add tests for ReportController admin routes - #19

Added `tests/Feature/ReportTest.php` to test: - Admin report index page access. - Admin report edit page access. - Bulk delete action. - Bulk status update action. Verified that `ReportController` implements `index`, `edit`, and `bulk` methods. Used `postJson` for bulk actions as they return JSON. Added feature tests for the ReportController to ensure admin report management functionality works as expected. Covered index, edit, and bulk actions (delete, status update). Verified against existing controller implementation.
