Add tests for actor admin route - #17

Added `tests/Feature/ActorTest.php` to test CRUD operations and bulk delete for `ActorController`.
Verified that `Route::admin('movie-actors', ActorController::class)` works as expected.
Tests cover index, create, store, edit, update, and bulk delete actions.
