Add tests for WriterController route - #15

This commit adds a new test file `tests/Feature/WriterTest.php` to cover the `WriterController` routes. It includes tests for: - Index page accessibility - Creating a new writer - Updating an existing writer - Bulk deleting writers The `Writer` model is manually instantiated as it does not use `HasFactory`.
