Add tests for YearController routes - #14

This commit adds a new test file `tests/Feature/YearTest.php` to test the CRUD operations and bulk delete functionality for the `Year` model via the `YearController`. The tests cover: - Index page - Create page - Store action (POST) - Edit page - Update action (PUT) - Bulk delete action (POST) The tests use an authenticated admin user to perform these actions.
