Fixes #55
Provides option in the template settings (filter_generico | templatehidden_) to hide a template from the editor select form:
The editor plugin (e.g. tiny_generico) needs to be updated as well.
The template will still be rendered when it was inserted previously or if the {GENERICO ...} syntax was used manually to insert the template. This allows hiding only from the editor.
