N-WID-2: keep a session shop_url only when it names the store
Issue: anonymous widget and demo chats send template_vars, and those override template secrets on every turn. shop_url goes into the commerce MCP URL https://{shop_url}/api/ucp/mcp, so a script could make the backend call any host.
Fix:verify_shop_url() (assist/engine/identity.py) cleans the client's shop_url (lowercase, no scheme, path or trailing dot) and keeps it only when it matches one of the store's own domains, ignoring www.. The store's own domains are:
the saved shop_url secret
the template or widget merchant id
a host in the widget's allowed origins
Any other value, or no value, is replaced by the saved shop_url secret. Just dropping the key is not enough: session create fills a missing schema field with "", which would then override the saved shop_url on every turn and break the MCP URL. The check runs in widget session create and in public demo session create, before the session is saved.
Merchant impact: none. All 27 prod Assist templates send their own Shopify domain, which is kept.
Tests:tests/test_own_shop_url.py, 24 tests:
domains that are kept and dropped (www., https://, path, port, look-alike domain, ******)
a dropped or missing value falls back to the saved shop_url, and a masked saved value is not used
2 tests through the real widget handler: a foreign shop_url is replaced by the saved one, and the store's own is kept

Widget and demo sessions are created by anonymous clients, and their
template_vars override template secrets on every turn. shop_url is
substituted into the commerce MCP URL (https://{shop_url}/api/ucp/mcp),
so a client could point the server at any host.
own_shop_url() normalizes the client's shop_url (lowercase, no scheme,
path or trailing dot) and keeps it only when it matches one of the
store's own domains, ignoring www.: the saved shop_url secret, the
template/widget merchant id, or a widget allowed origin. Otherwise it is
dropped and the saved shop_url applies. Applied at widget and demo
session create, before the session is persisted.
All 27 prod Assist templates send their own domain, so behavior for
existing stores is unchanged.
