Closes #348
Adds a side chat action to each chat toolbar so users can open an ephemeral right-sidebar Q&A chat for that specific conversation. The side chat starts with hidden context from the source chat only, does not affect or save back to the main chat, disables actions/tools, and includes a close button to remove it. Focused UI tests cover placement, source-specific context, independence, and closing.
The side chat currently snapshots the source chat when opened. If the main chat continues after the side chat is already open, the side chat will not automatically pick up those newer main-chat messages unless you close and reopen it. This is intended as for now, but if people think we want to change it, open to suggestions, also open for design/icon and other suggestions.
