Zero-source-change migration: bump dioxus to 0.7 (adapter), dioxus-web to 0.7 (browser tests) and the basic-dioxus demo. The adapter's thin-bridge surface — stable signals/hooks/rsx subset plus direct web-sys event wiring — is identical across 0.6→0.7; the full adapter browser suite passes unchanged against 0.7.10, and all root workspace gates stay green. Breaking for apps still on Dioxus 0.6: pin taino-edit-dioxus 0.6.x. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Unparks the deliberately-deferred Dioxus 0.7 migration (dependabot was told to ignore the major in June while 0.7 settled — it now has 9 months of stable patches, 0.7.10 current). The sizing spike turned out to be the whole migration: zero source changes. The adapter's thin-bridge design — stable signals/hooks/rsx subset + direct
web-sysevent wiring — is identical across 0.6→0.7.taino-edit-dioxus:dioxus = "0.7"(same feature set),dioxus-web = "0.7"(wasm-only test deps)basic-dioxusdemo:dioxus = { version = "0.7", features = ["web"] }[Unreleased]+ ROADMAP updated (Up next → release v0.7.0)Breaking for apps still on Dioxus 0.6: pin
