This depends on what kind of data you have.
If you have data on the dates of symptom appearances in pairs of infector/infectee individuals that you would like to use to estimate the serial interval distribution, then choose "raw exposure data".
If you have a matrix where each column gives one distribution of the serial interval to be explored click "SI Posterior Sample".
Once you've filled in all your inputs as described above, click "Next" in the app, and also click the relevant link below to move to the next page of the interactive documentation.
