…years) - Steps was a no-op (log-linear interpolation on a flat log-DF is exact between any two endpoints) - end_time; now defaults to 100y so DiscountCurve.flat(0.05) just works without users needing to anticipate the longest query horizon. - Sweep all 5 internal callers + drops the now-vacuous steps=0 and steps-array-size tests.
