This setup-node major-version bump changes CI tooling, but the change-set does not include
FORJAMIE.md(checkedgit show --name-only 7737cda128fadc80ab7a7e2da4d7a529e1c86479).AGENTS.md:23states the hard rule that any commit changing config or tooling must updateFORJAMIE.mdin the same change-set, with the definition of done also requiring the Recent Changes entry atAGENTS.md:45-51; please add the repo-map/update entry so the documented workflow state stays current.Useful?
