Russian nvda.po, manifest.ini and readme.md files has been added.
Russian manifest has been fixed.
This commit adds updated Russian manifest.ini file.
Add NVDA+H dialog note and contribution link to Russian README. Refresh Russian .po metadata (POT/PO dates, Poedit version, basepath, plural forms), adjust message contexts, and add/update numerous translated strings (copy confirmation, viewing-not-supported message, "No history items", UI labels for history dialog and copy actions, beep/speak options and beep frequency/duration/example).
