Currently, BetterCapture always captures at the native pixel resolution (multiplying display points by the backing scale factor). For high-DPI displays, this results in very large files.
Adding a setting to choose between 'Logical' (1x) and 'Native' (Retina) resolution would give users more control over file size and performance.
Proposed Tasks:
- Add a
captureNativeResolution toggle (defaulting to true) to SettingsStore.
- Update
RecorderViewModel.getContentSize to optionally skip the backing scale factor multiplication.
- Add the toggle to
SettingsView and MenuBarSettingsView.
