Summary (ws-spec-to-pr standard run, workflow \hermes-spec-to-pr-enhancements-20260905T015600Z) D1-only delta on the merged Aug-21 Hermes implementation: the \STEP-DISPATCH.md\ Step 4 row now reminds the orch that \ws-implement-tasks\ owns Fix-Entire-Defect-Class (repo-wide sibling sweep + exemptions) and the orch confirms the sweep ran before verify. No new intent ids, no FSM changes. ## Evidence - Verify ledger score 10/10 (CLI-derived, 60/60 units, no knownDefect, no missingEvidence); all AC1-AC6 Implemented with file + observed-test links.- Review round 1 clean (\No feedback), fable VERIFIED; sabotage/mutation skipped per policy with reasons (doc-only run).- Full \

pm run test\ exit 0; \erify-integrity\ exit 0; \check_workflows.py\ 0 critical; 4 harness mechanics exit 0.- E2 matrix: AC1-AC6 re-proved file:line against current tree, zero rename regressions. ## Notes for convergence - Version bump (\uild-site:bump) deferred to the release train; no site rebuild in this PR.- \ws-spec-index sync\ skipped: \index.PRD\ is outside this workflow scope.- DO NOT merge: master owns convergence + merge.
