Fixes pushed in 2e00164 addressing all 3 review threads: (1) root AGENTS.md precedence now has item 8 for ws-megabrain (was stopping at 7 while opt-out table listed it); (2) ws-megabrain SKILL.md Step 1 now defines the missing-config fallback (defaults.autoMode, missing config -> false, interactive user-gate); (3) removed duplicated 14:50 changelog heading. Verification: test-ws-megabrain, test-doc-sync, test-skill-frontmatter, validate_spec authoring PASS. |

Round-2 fixes pushed (df0aaa1): removed second orphan changelog heading (2026-09-03 23:10) and extended test-ws-megabrain.js to assert every references/*.md link in SKILL.md resolves on disk (14 refs, AC15). Integrity re-verified OK. |
