How to use

1. Open interview-flow.html in a browser — dark mode, printable, works offline.
2. Have mews-microsite running locally on localhost:3000.
3. Pre-load case pages in tabs before the call starts.
4. Keep this doc on the second screen. Don't read from it — use it as an anchor.
