run:boardは、子のプロセスがないレーンの行を 🔄 running ではなく 🛑 stopped で表示する。🔧 の計時も止まる。判定はlane:prune/lane:awaitと同じプローブ（lane_spent.idle_lanes）で、応答のないプローブは running のままbacklog_ready.free_lanes_besideに一本化し、lane:limitと同じ読みにした実機証跡
プローブがプロセスなし（
