What this adds
.github/workflows/semgrep.yml— runs Semgrep (p/default,p/security-audit,p/owasp-top-ten,p/rust) on every push and PR so quality regressions get caught at PR time..semgrepignore— skips test/fixture/vendored/generated paths so CI doesn't re-flag the noise the runner already filters out.Semgrep is open source (MIT) and runs entirely in your CI. No data leaves the runner.
