What this PR does
This branch adds a trophy-marked Overview tab containing by-nation information (current number of units and centres), status badges (including CD and elimination) ranked by current score, player-detail popovers showing username and extensions remaining, and direct-chat shortcuts to individual channels. It also moves game controls and Draw Proposals out of Orders, updates related navigation, and makes direct-chat creation reliable through matching API, mock, and test changes.
