- Move catppuccin palette CSS from static/ to assets/ so they are available via Hugo's asset pipeline (added in #100, missed by #99) - Remove unnecessary backslash escapes in FontAwesome/Academicons comment URLs in head.html - Add changelog entry for CSS bundling (PR #99) and note the breaking change for custom CSS location
