In order to reproduce the results that we achieved through prompting techniques (few-shot, Chain of Thought), you can follow the exact same pipeline as outlined in the README file. The only modification that you have to make is changing the prompt that the model is using. For example, when running through Alliance Canada (when using the scripts in scripts/script_stepwise_phase123_unix.sh), change the value of the PROMPT parameter (line 17) to whichever prompt you want to use (see config.yaml for different prompts that you can use)
