A branch for Moodle 3.10+, although will probably work with earlier versions.
Main change is to add support for the Moodle (3.4+) privacy API. This means a Moodle with this plugin installed will now have the core unit test suite pass, plus being GDPR compliant.
I've also added github actions support to run some automated code tests. These are currently failing on code style and php doc checks. These should be fixed, but don't effect operation so I'll leave this as an exercise for some other kind soul.
