The AeroCement Ecosystem is a unified open-source infrastructure system demonstrating that the fundamental crises of energy, shelter, and food can be solved simultaneously using passive thermodynamic systems, volumetric porous materials, and biointensive permaculture — all constructible from concrete, dirt, water, and scrap at zero recurring energy cost.

How it works: Activated carbon open-cell aerocement absorbs 98% of solar irradiance volumetrically. Air flows THROUGH the porous material, not over it. Evaporative + sensible cooling produces 2°C output. A Stirling engine extracts mechanical work from the temperature differential. No pumps. No fans. No grid.
