Project Scope

AgentLogistics covers commercial logistics work where AI agents need structured procedures, evidence handling, calculations, routing, and safe boundaries.

  • Freight planning, mode selection, cost analysis, carrier performance, accessorials, detention, demurrage, claims preparation, and bills of lading.
  • WMS, TMS, ERP, OMS, YMS, LMS, WCS, WES, EDI, API, scan-event, barcode, GS1, master-data, and integration analysis.
  • KPI, throughput, bottleneck, root cause, Pareto, waste, scorecard, and improvement-plan work.
  • Labor workload forecasts, staffing analysis, workload balancing, overtime analysis, shift handoffs, and daily operating plans.
