Stellar evolutionary tracks and population synthesis

• Added classes for downloading and reading stellar evolutionary tracks from MIST and Parsec databases.

TODOs

• Determine wind mechanical luminosity (need to set wind velocity properly for a given mass loss prescription).
• Add IMF class and sampling methods. Perform population synthesis as a function of cluster mass and age.
• Test of implementation of assigning stellar content to a particle (Sormani et al. 2017)
• Add documentation & example notebook.
• Existing SB99 scripts can be moved here.
