Update package to modern times

This package deserves some love. I've updated the following items:

• Add support for nestjs 11 by adding missing unwrap and on methods.
• Upgraded to a more modern eslint stack with flat config. I did have to turn off some rules.
• Moved to provenance trusted publishing for upcoming NPM changes.
• Upgrade GH actions and node version.

Sadly no tests for this project. Tested it in a local NestJS 11 project and seems to work fine.
