Overview
This PR cuts release v0.2.0 by bumping the workspace and crate versions from 0.1.0 to 0.2.0 in Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, and the generated CLI usage specs/docs (pacvamp and pacvamp-repo).

It also updates CHANGELOG.md: a new 0.2.0 section (2026-09-06) documents what shipped since v0.1.0—build/cache retention, disposable Arch build envs, cgroup limits, AUR receipt compare/replay, recovery UX, packslip completions, docs redesign, and related fixes/CI/deps—and expands the 0.1.0 entry into a fuller historical release note (git-cliff).

There is no application logic in this diff; it is version and release-documentation alignment for artifacts already merged on the main line.
