Hi,
I'm currently using your plugin on my master thesis, thank you very much for this work.
I open this pull request to update the view folder, so that we can modify hololens host ip by modifying only ip attribute inside a config file rather than go to each file and modify the host variables.
I also update the readme to match the config.ini.
