When called, this add-in prompts the user for a custom prompt to prepend to their selected (or clipboard-ed) code. I've seen this in other plugins (for other IDEs) and thought it would be a good addition here. It could negate the need for future, specific add-ins. Potential prompts the user might use are "Rewrite the following R code to C++ using Rcpp:" and "Minify the following R code" (I don't know what use minifying R code has but it works).
