My Mechanical Turk web framework. Needs to be renamed... it's not just about utility anymore.
To use it:
- unzip from http://homes.cs.washington.edu/~toomim/utility.zip
- run ./serve
- open a web browser to the url it prints out!
IMPORTANT: Instructions are spread between this file, readme.txt, and web2py/applications/utility/views/hello.markmin.
