…; record bulk/ lifecycle 14d->7d The scoped fleet-backup-writer key cannot resolve exact object paths (rclone deletefile fails 'doesn't exist' while lsf lists the path), so the first live prune tick deleted 0 of 12 candidates. Deletes now use rclone delete with an anchored --include filter and are verified by re-listing, since rclone delete exits 0 on no match. Docs updated: docs/rollouts/2026-08-31-b2-hetzner-prune.md (live-run follow-up + congress-trade-bucket bulk/ lifecycle 14d->7d record), docs/EFFORT-LOG.md. First live prune tick (2026-08-31 12:15Z) selected the right candidate sets but deleted 0 of 12:
