ElementaryBuilder template misses generateUpdateHelpers=DISABLED — update helpers leak into the setter-only builder #333

Bug

The example's @ElementaryBuilder template is documented as generating a setter-only builder ("disables all advanced features"), but it predates the generateUpdateHelpers option and never disables it — so @ElementaryBuilder-annotated types get xyzUpdate(UnaryOperator<T>) methods anyway. Visible in the committed generated BookDtoBuilder (authorUpdate, pagesUpdate, …).

Fix

Add generateUpdateHelpers = OptionState.DISABLED to @ElementaryBuilder (like the built-in @SimpleMinimalBuilder does) and regenerate the committed example builders.

Follow-up to #31 — the update-helpers feature (implemented in #223) postdates this template, which was never updated for it.
