Night Owl Theme for Omarchy Quattro

A dark theme for Omarchy based on Night Owl by Sarah Drasner.

This version uses Omarchy Quattro's semantic color palette, Lua-based Hyprland configuration, and native shell theming. It retains the translucent bar and blue window accents from the original theme.

This installs and immediately applies the theme. You can also switch to it later with:

omarchy theme set night-owl
