Align public citation title

Summary

• Aligns the public citation title with the SpaceBio-Bench / GeneLab Benchmark release name.
• Updates README and Hugging Face BibTeX examples to use the same mission-held-out benchmark title.
• Extends public-doc consistency checks so citation and BibTeX titles stay aligned.
