Overflow-x on mobile view

Describe the bug
When using Faridoon on mobile, there seems to be an overflow-x on the right - I can scroll to the right. I think this may be because of the box-shadow?

In any case, it could be mitigated by setting overflow-x: hidden on the CSS html property - although I feel this might be somewhat hacky...?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use Faridoon on mobile
2. Scroll to the right

Expected behavior
The web app should only be scrollable up/down, there should not be empty white space to the right of the app.

Heya @fyr77 , hopefully patched in 2.2.0. I just tried a few browers in different sizes, and chrome on my mobile and it looked good.
