Rebased M15.3
This PR has been rebuilt directly on the current
maintip after M15.2 and M14.5–M14.7 merged.Scope
Repair
The obsolete duplicate M15.2 commit was removed. The branch now contains only the five M15.3 files and targets
maindirectly.
