What happened?
The operation time on the LV compressor is 4 times as fast in the planner than in game. It could be because it is overclocking from ULV to LV? however, there is no such thing as overclocking ULV recipes in LV.
Specific recipe is Canola Flower > Plant Ball, rate in NEI is 1 ball/15seconds, in planner it is 1 ball/3.25 seconds
How can it be reproduced?
Check NEI, time the rate of the machine.
